Kur-Kure Chicken

 

Ingredients:

  • Chicken (boneless and cut into square pieces) ½ kg

  • Red chilies (cut into pieces) 1 tsp

  • Salt to taste

  • Ginger powder 1 tsp

  • White chilies powder ½ tsp

  • Egg yolk 2 only

  • Rice flour 2 tbsp

  • Suji (semolina) 1 tbsp

  • Maida 1 tbsp

  • Corn flour 1 tbsp

  • Egg white 2 only

  • Lemon juice 1 tsp

  • Oil for frying

Method:

  • Marinate chicken with red chilies, salt, ginger, lemon juice, white chilies powder and egg yolk for half an hour. Whisk egg white and mix all dry masalas. Heat oil. Dip marinated chicken in egg white, maida, corn flour, suji and rice flour mixture, then deep-fry it. Delicious crispy and kur Kure chicken nuggets are ready.
